Overview
If you ever need to have a Survey Respondent make a change to a Response that they have already submitted, you can reopen their Response.
To reopen a Response, navigate to the Survey Manager, click on the relevant Survey, then click on the Response you want to reopen.
In the Secondary Navigation Menu, click on "Reopen Response".
Now you can share the Survey with your Survey Respondent again and ask them to make any specific changes that you need made.
